To Provide a United Voice for our Members and Give Each Business Owner the Ability to Flourish.

The City of San Diego requires each Business Improvement District to post of any contracts awarded which are $5,000 or more, including a notation of the number of bidders for such contracts in the top right hand corner of the contract posted.

The College Area Business Improvement District funds are not awarded for contracts valuing $5,000 or more.

The College Area Business District strives for transparency with its members and the public. All of our agendas are available online, as are accepted committee reports, board meeting minutes and financial documents. Annual Audits are now available online as well. Newsletters and annual reports have always been mailed out to all of our members, e-blasted to our e-distribution list, and made available as downloads on our website.
